In addition, Carlos has eighteen years of experience in scouting and recruiting football players, having worked with clubs in leagues across the province of Buenos Aires. He specializes in identifying and recruiting young talents, bringing his extensive experience and innovative insights to GFB.
Carlos has dedicated himself to working with the next generation of football talents, fostering strong relationships with amateur and professional clubs, coaches, and former elite players in Argentina and neighboring countries. His robust network within high-profile Argentine clubs, combined with his keen eye for spotting young prospects, makes him an invaluable asset for talent development.
Currently, he assists in recruiting, managing, and mentoring young professional footballers, with a particular focus on supporting players in their transition from amateur to professional football.
